Your letter was received last Sat. Sorry I havent answered sooner but have
been so busy have just neclected it. But when a person has to be a field hand,
house keeper and wash woman to some things just have to go undone. Jim and I
work 35 acres in cotton, corn, potatoes & peanuts, besides our water mellons
patches and garden's and we have had lots of rain and grass and we are still
hoeing I live on a 360 acre farm so you see i get planty of exercise and fresh
air and beliave me I do not care to ride a Airplane for I thank thire is enough
ground for me to stay on until I die But I am glad the other fellow can have my
room. For I only tip the scales 125 now and they wouldn't be that much left of
me if I would to go up in a plane. Mother said your picture reminded her of
your Mother. When she was young.

except three Sarah Ann, Richard, & Sam, of which Richard died about 2 years
ago. She said the only thange she could remember what her father had a record
was a enlarge group "picture" of the living children and had there names
written unneith them. But she didnt remember about the dates. And she didnt
know any of the Mill's date except her mother & Misoura, and she had forgotten
the dates her Brother's & Sisters married and died. And there are lotts
Collins & Blaylocks live near here but you went to them. While you was here
Arnold, & Will Blaylock which was John B. son's. And there children. and Bob
